Tri-Wave Construction Ltd. is a construction company specializing in all aspects pertaining to earthworks projects. We are looking to hire a Parts Clerk to join our team, the position will be Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities for parts clerk:
- Post daily vehicle/equipment maintenance due reports for Mechanics use.
- Look up parts, order and receive per mechanics requests.
- Enter purchase and work orders into Fleet Maintenance software for all parts purchases and repairs.
- Schedule and maintain annual safety inspections on required units
- Maintain files.
- Ability to process cores and parts returns in a timely manner.
- Work with local vendors to secure the best pricing for parts.
Qualifications for parts clerk:
- Ability to lift moderate weight.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Must possess a valid Class 5 license. Class 1 or 3 would be an asset.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment, trucks and trailers is an asset.
