Southwest Horizon School Division is accepting applications for a 1.0 FTE Term (7.5 hours per day) Secretary for Souris School.

Secretaries are 10 month employees, aligning with the school calendar.

Term dates are: August 31, 2026 - July 19, 2027;

August 30, 2027 - January 7, 2028.

Position includes providing confidential secretarial support and financial management within the school, and working closely with students. Applicants should be enthusiastic, respectful, flexible, and positive team

members.
