This camper has been well used and enjoyed by our family, showing wear and tear that is probably normal for a camper of this age. Never leaked, no mice, non smokers, no pets.
Everything is in working order, including the fridge, stove, overhead AC, furnace, hot water and pump and outside "shower."
Blackout blinds and mostly awning style windows. Awning canvas new 3 years ago.
New bunk mattresses. Main bed is fit for an RV king but currently has a queen sized "Endy" mattress.
