CONDITIONS OF TENDER

  1. Interested parties must rely on their own inspection and knowledge of the property and not on any representations made by or on behalf of the Vendor.
  2. Tenders must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. on Friday, January 9th, 2026.
  3. Tenders must be accompanied by a deposit of 10% of the tender by cheque payable to Meighen Haddad LLP. Deposits accompanying unacceptable bids will be returned.
  4. Highest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. The closing of any purchase and sale resulting from an accepted tender will have an effective date of Monday, February 2, 2026 which shall be the Closing Date.
  2. The bidder whose tender is accepted will be required to complete a formal agreement covering terms and conditions of sale.
  3. The bidder whose tender is accepted must provide evidence of the purchased funds available under conditions acceptable to the Vendor within seven (7) days of the acceptance of the tender. If the balance of the accepted tender is not paid as of the closing date the deposit may be forfeited as liquidated damages and not as a penalty.
  4. The Property Taxes will be adjusted as of the Closing Date.
  5. The Vendor shall have access to the modular residence and buildings on the SE ? 12-7-20 WPM until May 1, 2026 to remove livestock and personal belongings.
