MARKETING COORDINATOR
An exciting opportunity for a forward thinking individual possessing 2 to 3 years of related Marketing experience; preferably in a large manufacturing environment. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include:
? Support on developing market research for customers, products and market segments
? Coordinate and support on large corporate events, tradeshows as well as internal and external business meetings
? Support with marketing materials including but not limited to:
-Brochures
-Tradeshow Booth Materials
-Promotional Items
-Websites
-Email Campaigns
-Social Media
? Branding and communication support
? Build and maintain a positive, on-going relationship with local business and community organizations while raising local brand awareness
? Analytics reporting as required
? Marketing support for the sales teams as required
This role requires:
? Business Administration Bachelor?s Degree or Diploma, with Marketing Major or related discipline.
o Combinations of experience and relevant courses will also be considered.
? Two to Three years related marketing experience.
o Experience in a large office and/or manufacturing environment is an asset.
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite programs is a requirement.
? Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
? Resourceful problem solver.
? Attention to detail, time and priority management are necessary for success.
? Ability to work in fast-paced environment, continually adapt to change and work under pressure.
? Ability to travel for tradeshows is an asset.
? Experience with email campaigns is an asset.
? French linguistic skills is an asset.
