I am looking for short- term renters.
Short-term means a school semester or a rental for one to three months due to work.
This covers a private bedroom, internet, hydro, water, and shared open space, plus use of pots and pans, dishes, and laundry machines.
Basement Bedroom/Private Bathroom (Available March 1 st, 2026)
The room is in the basement. It costs $ 850. 00 per month for up to 3 months maximum.
This room has a queen-sized bed, a desk and chair for studying or work-related tasks, and a private bathroom. The bathroom is being upgraded to a new toilet, stand-up shower, and flooring. (Hoping it will be ready for December 1 st. If not, it will be done in the first 2 weeks of December. You will be able to use the upstairs bathroom if it is not ready on the move- in date.)
The renter from this unit has use of the living room, dining room, kitchen, basement area, and internet. If you have a car, there is a parking space available. Laundry machines are available.
You will be accepted depending on the following: reference checks plus attending school with income, or reference checks plus having a job.
Could you specify when and how long you are planning to stay, and which room you need?
Close to the University of Brandon and Assiniboine Community College North campus.
Coffee shops nearby, plus Sobeys and an Indian restaurant across the street.
There are a few churches within walking distance.
A dog is on the property. He is very friendly but needs to get to know you first.
Since this is NOT a long- term rental, if you are planning to attend another semester of school, the contract will have to be renewed as long as the landlord and tenant are both happy with the arrangements. You must prepare to renew the agreement in advance. Otherwise, the room may be taken.
