HELP WANTED ? FARM LABOUR POSITION
T & M Olmstead Farms is a family-operated farm based outside of Carberry, MB. Our operation includes Cow-Calf, Potato, and Grain production. This is a year-round position that can be long term. Expect longer hours during seeding and harvest seasons.
RESPONSIBILITIES
? Daily feeding and care of cattle
? Assisting with cow-calf operations
? Bedding, pen cleaning, and calving assistance
? Equipment operation (tractor, loader, feed equipment)
? Supporting grain and potato operations as needed
? General yard and maintenance duties
QUALIFICATIONS
? Previous livestock experience preferred
? Previous experience operating tractors and larger equipment required
? Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
? Ability to work independently, responsibly, and safely
? Mechanical ability considered an asset
? Class 5 driver?s license required
