Comes with a free silicone case (~ $20), and all unused OEM silicone tips (never used - as I used a third-party black tip shown in photos).
Ultimately, I realized I prefer headphones - this has been sitting unused for a while.
Battery lasts fine and the unit can be tested for condition, functionality and authenticity before /during pickup.
