Summary

Job Duties
- Primarily responsible for the operation of refrigeration plants, boilers, HVAC and life safety systems,
- Maintaining an accurate and regular log system of all plants as well as being able to perform maintenance on such plants and equipment,
- Shift Work ? 8 to 12 hour rotations including evenings, nights and weekends,
- Ability to work independently,
- General building maintenance.
Requirements
- Must possess (4th) class Engineer Certification and/or Refrigeration Certificate, or Ice Facility Operator Certificate (IFO),
- Able to read and interpret various schematics and drawings,
- Attention to detail and troubleshooting skills required,
- Proven self-starter with the demonstrated ability to work well independently with little supervision and as part of a team,
- Interacts with all levels of the organization and public, must possess demonstrated interpersonal skills,
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts and/or nights and weekends,
