We are looking to expand our management team!
We are looking to add some more people to our management team. We are hiring for 2 levels of management:
Shift Leader: Entry level management, learn to lead others, become proficient in 2/3 areas of the restaurant (chill, grill and service), handle end of night cash and closing procedures, training others.
Supervisor: Become proficient in all areas of the store, learn to coach staff through serious issues, running a full day solo. Has access to an HAS (Health spending account) based on type of employment (full or part time)
Both levels have additional tasks to help develop our team further. These include helping with HR duties, cultivating the customer experience and handling the safety at the store level, both general safety and food safety. The scope and duties are reflective of the position held.
What we offer:
- $17.65/h starting at the shift lead level
- $0.50 premium for closing (latest is usually 11:30pm) four or more shifts a week
- 50% discount while you are working
- 25% discount for you and anyone you bring outside of your shift
- Cross training for different areas of the restaurant to keep the job fresh

No fast food experience is needed but it is an asset.
