Nothrok Construction is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Virden, MB. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accounts receivable (AR) functions including invoicing, tracking payments, and follow-ups
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and internal coordination
- Support project documentation and administrative needs within a civil construction environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Accounts receivable experience is considered an asset
- Experience in civil construction is considered an asset
- Proficiency in standard office software and systems
Key Traits and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with the ability to take initiative
- Ability to recognize order of operations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
