Under the supervision of the Mess Manager, the Mess Administrative Assistant assists in preparing, organizing, and coordinating administrative procedures for the Mess office. They act as a point of contact for customers, answers and responds to incoming phone calls, or directs inquiries to the appropriate person. They maintain petty cash and all monies from mess dues & accounts receivable, types and processes all correspondence, performs administrative duties as well as takes reservations and collects payments for all entertainment functions.

Messes Administrative Assistant - Job Poster & Apply
Status: Permanent Part-Time (up to 54 hours bi-weekly)
Wage range: $19.69 - $20.87 (based on previous experience)
Commuting Allowance may be available for those who qualify.
Start date: 01 June 2026
