We are a small, hardworking concrete construction company specializing in residential, agricultural and light commercial projects. Our team takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, staying reliable, and supporting each other on and off the job. As we grow, we're looking for a dependable, motivated Labourer to join our crew.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites (digging, sweeping, debris removal, etc.)
- Operate hand tools and basic power tools (experience a plus)
- Follow safety protocols and directions from foreman or lead hand
- Perform other general labour tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, and work outdoors in all weather
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Punctual and dependable
- CSA-approved steel-toe boots
- Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Experience in concrete or construction is an asset but not required
