Handyman / Property Maintenance Technician
Wheat City Property Services is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and versatile individual to join our team.
We are seeking someone who is comfortable handling a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can work independently to solve problems as they arise.
Responsibilities:
-General property maintenance and repairs
-Interior and exterior painting
-Basic carpentry and handyman work
-Minor plumbing and repair tasks
-Troubleshooting and fixing miscellaneous property issues
-Performing seasonal maintenance duties
-Ensuring work is completed safely and professionally
Qualifications:
-Experience in maintenance, renovations, construction, or handyman services is preferred
-Ability to use common hand and power tools
-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
-Self-motivated and able to work independently
-Reliable transportation is a requirement
-Positive attitude and strong work ethic
