Fieldstone Dental's current Sterilization Aide is going back to school in August and we are starting the search. We are a small independently owned clinic that believes Good Smiles come from Good Habits and both lead to a Good Life! We are looking to provide the best in professional dental care to our patients in our up to date dental clinic in downtown Brandon. This is a great entry level position for someone who is interested in a career in dental as our last aide is now going to train to be a hygienist. Phase I Office Trained Dental Assistants are welcome to apply.
The successful candidate must have:
-Grade 12 Diploma (Dental and/or University experience preferred, willing to train)
-Good understanding and comfort with computers. We utilize Steritraces to track sterilized packages.
-Be a good person who is hard working with a can-do attitude, friendly professional appearance and personality and willingness to continually learn and improve.
-Be detail oriented with strong time management skills and able to work alone independently.
-Be available starting in August and full-time year-round. May evolve into a Phase I Dental Assistant role over time once the candidate proves themselves.
Hours: 7:30AM-4:30PM, 1/2hr unpaid lunch. Benefits package post probation for full-time employees.
Salary: Our pay scale starts at $20-21/hr. We are willing to pay more for a qualified experienced candidate.
