Sales Associate at Plato's Closet
Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)

About Us: Plato's Closet is all about being fashion savvy and smart shopping. We're a nationwide, unique recycling retail store specializing in clothes for teens and twenty-somethings, we buy and sell the latest looks in gently used clothing and accessories from the hottest brand name designers for girls and guys.
What You'll Do: As a Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our team, helping to create a welcoming shopping and selling experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Assisting in the buying process with respect and care for others gently used clothing and accessories
- Pricing and merchandising inventory with consistency and attention to detail
- Supporting daily store operations, including the buying of used merchandise
- Promoting our brand and values through enthusiastic and inclusive in-store interactions
We're looking for team members who are style conscious, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Retail experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right candidate
