Hey everyone, I’m looking for suggestions on company’s who will come clean apartments (not to $$)  
My new landlord is giving me $100 to do a 3 bed room 2.5 bathroom and I’m willing to go up $100 for a total of $200 for the service.  
What I am looking to get done:  
*Kitchen (was left very messy from previous tenant  
*walls  
*sanitize bathrooms  
And if there’s time just maybe some help with the rest of the place.  
 
I am a student at Brandon University, and move in anytime after April 15 (exams are done)  
If anyone has any suggestions please let me know lots of cleaners are $400 for the best clean possible but sadly I do not have the money for that.

Shouldn’t the landlord have the place totally cleaned for you before you move in? If the last tenants left it a mess, they would have lost their damage deposit, which is usually half the rent. $100 doesn’t seem like enough, and it doesn’t seem like your responsibility to find someone to clean it. I suggest you check the tenancy rules online. Good luck!

I find this totally a rip off.  
 
The landlord has to make sure that they have the place totally spic and spam prior to you moving in.  
 
Even if you did it yourself $100 probably wouldn't cover the supplies to do a good job.  
 
And then what when you move out charge you to clean it. So 2 x charge.  
 
I would look for another place if you can't get this landlord to clean up the place before you move in.  
 
Like was said before they go the previous tenants deposit so it looks like they are just keeping that and making you do the work.

When I was a kid, our family did move into a home needing cleaning, etc. And they got a month's free rent for the cleaning and another month's free rent for doing the outside painting job.  
 
Even then it was more than $100 from the landlord
