The English term is actually Schizophrenia. It appears you may using the Indonesian spelling.  
 
From my personal experiences with schizophrenics is many suffer from frequent, sometime constant, delusions or outright hallucinations.  
When speaking with a person with schizophrenia I find that by and large their speech tends to be "scattered" and kind of all over the place. Sometimes the delusions are obvious sometimes not so much. To me it is the way they talk that's the giveaway.  
 
At any rate if you believe that you or someone you know may be suffering from schizophrenia it is important that they get immediate professional help. While the treatments are not perfect they have drastically improved over the last 20 years.  
 
I know several schizophrenics. Some need occasional hospitalization while others live a relatively normal life. Its a tough illness for those that suffer from it so early diagnosis and treatment can potentially save them a lot of suffering.

You mentioned how they talk is a give away. Can you give me an example?

its just an almost distracted kind of off in all directions scattered way of talking..... does that make sense? It is hard to explain.  
 
Just ans fyi I am a Longtime depressive. It is mostly because of my depression that I've had the good fortune to know a number of people who suffer from schizophrenia.

There are so many that are overlooked sometimes as bipolar disorder can go hand in hand with it so only one is diagnosed. I’ve lived with and known a few people that are afflicted and it can be a rough go for both parties. For some the medication makes them docile and when they start feeling better they fight to not take the meds due to the docile feeling. The people I’ve known are extremely intelligent and know how to manipulate the system by avoiding things or people they know may catch on. They will start retracting from being around people, busier places. Noise and commotion usually make them anxious and a lot will start abusing substances to block out the noises. Their sleep patterns will be all over, will usually start to prefer being in smaller spaces in darker areas( windows covered all the time). I’ve lost three loved ones to the disease by suicide. It is not a kind disease and whether medicated or not they can self harm.  
 
I too am not a dr or specialist just someone who lived with and was family close to three particular individuals who age ranged from early 20’s to late 50’s. Please get them checked and diagnosed, so many think of it as a dirty disease per day and are embarrassed. Don’t be it’s no ones fault. Good luck
