Watch repair

I have a antique pocket watch in need of repair. Handed from grandfather to father to me. At least 150 yrs old. Has on face from Melita, Mb. Can anyone recommend a decent place to get it looked at where they wont swap out original gears with nylon ones. Also needs new glass as old one is cracked, hopefully can find glass one instead of plastic one
