The Betty White challenge calls for people to donate (as she loved to help animals so much). It would have been her 100th birthday today. If you want to enter the challenge go to (brandonhumanesociety@gmail.com ) :  
It would be a great way to pay tribute to her and you get a tax receipt on your donation. Go to the website and it lists ways to donate (ie: supplies, financial, volunteer). They even accept Cdn Tire Money - how brilliant!!! I am not affiliated with the Brandon Humane Society but thought I would 'shout out' a reminder. Hope it gets posted.

There are so many rescues/ associations in the Westman area to support!  
As well as BHS, there is Funds for Furry Friends, Southwestern Manitoba Animal Rescue Team (formerly STCP), Virden Pet Network, Paws Crossed Animal Shelter and Adoption Center, One at a Time Rescue, Westman Animal Rescue....and I'm probably missing some!
