    The most reliable is Canada post but it is expensive unless you have a venture one account.

    has boxes for sale. They range from $18-27 I think. You buy the box, fill it, and return it to the post office. Most affordable way that I have found.

    Those boxes are great for shipping, small ones don’t hold very much.  
    Just remember it can’t be more then 11kg weight.

    If you have a PayPal account, you can link it with NetParcel and ship through that website. They have good discounts.

    I can give you examples of Canada Post horror stories. What may have worked for you, is not always the case for others. Different people, different opinions.
