eBrandon has sunset Twitter tweet boxes

Over the past 18(!!) years, eBrandon has evolved with the times with anything from minor to major tweaks of the site layout.
No worries, nothing excessively major here, but just a heads up to anyone hitting up the site front page this PM. With the change in direction of Twitter over the past number of months, the time has come to remove the Tweet boxes that were on the front page and a couple of secondary pages on this site. The core of eBrandon is local classifieds, supported by other features including the local discussion forums. The Twitter box was a sort of low hanging fruit extra add-on to show a few posts from a few selected local entities, but with the way the service is being re-shaped its just not something I'm comfortable having this site (or its ads) associated with. Those entities will of course have their own social media presences to check out for the content they put out, or please feel more than welcome to start discussions on any of them that might be of relevance. You will also see links to some regularly on the News page.
It's all been a good chance to tweak the front page to focus on those core features of classifieds and discussions, elements of which you will notice in slightly different places this afternoon.
For anyone thats curious, you can see shots from that 18 years and what the front page looked like over that time including such outgrown features as Video sharing and Blogs as the mix continues to evolve in support of that core classified engine:
