I had the same issue.  
I had to make a new email account, a new new EBrandon account.  
Plus start threads to try and get in contact with the Admin.  
Never did get the issue with my first account sorted out.

Hi there,  
I’ve verified that the password reset link does work. There are different points in the process that you might be encountering an issue. Without knowing how far you’re getting it’s hard to diagnose here, but generally The most common issues are:  
-case sensitivity (when resetting, type the address with the same casing as when signing up)  
-the account hadn’t been activated  
 
If it’s your husbands account, please send a note with a few more specifics through the contact link and we’ll sort it out. I’ve also PMed an email address you can send to too
