I am in desperate need of help. I have sustained a back injury and require help with a one-time clean on my small, 2 bedroom home. This would i:nclude add-ons such as dishes and garbage removal. I am embarrassed at the state of my home and I need to get it back to baseline, for my own sanity. Any recommendations are welcomed.

If you are a bit older, Seniors for Seniors has a list of people who do odd jobs that may be able to help you. If you are on Facebook, go to the People of Brandon page and search for cleaners and odd jobs There have been many queries for such services. If you’re not on FB, perhaps a friend can help you. Also a general Google search may reveal something too. If you consulted a physician about your injury, you may be eligible for home care, but I think the services you are looking for are outside their mandate, but it can’t hurt to ask. My mother & her partner were hoarders. After his death in 2019 we had to sell her house and the real estate agent recommended:

Kellie was exceptional. We never thought the house could be as well cleaned up after 25 years of hoarding as she managed to accomplish. She never once made any indication of concern about the amount of cleaning required. My mother was so upset & embarrassed about the state she had allowed her home to become but Kellie always made her feel that it's "no big deal"... "I've seen worse"... and that life sometimes just gets out of hand. A great worker but also a delightful person.  
 
It was a few years ago now and though they do have a Facebook page (I'd link it but eBrandon doesn't like that) it hasn't been updated in about 3 years so I don't know if the company still exists, but it is a place to start with a glowing review from this very satisfied customer.  
 
Asking a real estate agent for suggestions might work as well... they'll know all the good companies needed in prepping a house for sale and a good cleaning is usually top of the list, so I am sure most could make a good recommendation.
