I was going north on 10th Street, an older truck in front of me was all over in his lane, sometimes oner the yellow line and tapped some sidewalks. He turned east on Vic then into Super Store. He drove over the west curve going into the parking lot. Then hit the lane dividing cement.  
My question is what I should have done? It been bugging me, I should have followed him in and called the police, but I had to be some where so keep going. Think I'll call next time !!!!
