Thanks to TL I've unearthed a bit of a bug that came about after some recent updates to the site.  
 
You may have noticed in the past that we had the odd situation where the site would accidentally post a person's message twice in any given discussion thread. To fix this, when posting a message eBrandon has some computer code that's meant to detect those duplicate posts. What it does is it checks over the past 15 minutes and looks to see if your account has made posts with identical subject lines in the same discussion thread, and if those subjects are identical it takes them as duplicates and lets you know that your post was detected as an accidental duplicate.  
 
Since Sunday it was doing this check over the last 15 *days* in stead of minutes, so if you happened to use the exact same subject twice in a thread you may have received this notice.
