Registered eBrandon members will notice today a message in their e-mail inboxes that goes by the title of "eBrandon Weekly."  
 
The idea of that message will be to provide a brief snapshot of the week on eBrandon and in Brandon in general. In that message will be a summary of the week's most read topics in your member groups, other suggested popular discussions, links to recent popular classified ads and a "photo poll" that gives you the chance to select from two related pictures... all the while seeing what others have picked.  
 
In the e-mail is a link to a page that will let you customize which groups you are/aren't a member of... customizing eBrandon Weekly as closely to your personal interests as possible.

As the site continues to grow, there will be the potential to integrate more and more information into the weekly email.  
 
The message will be sent out Thursdays to the 9,000+ registered members of the site. Many were sent out early this morning, with the remainder to be sent later tonight.  
 
This is the first of a few initiatives in coming weeks aimed at potentially giving each individual a bigger voice in our city, all the while fulfulling eBrandon's mandate to “Connect Brandon.” using modern technology. Recently eBrandon Mobile was launched to make it easier to access popular aspects of the site while on the go.
