What the heck is with the ppl that are suppose to take your garbage and and everything.. This is the 2nd week now, that the city has not taken my garbage or recycleing and yes i have made sure i am putting my garbage out on the right day, and yes the can's are on the right side along with everyone elses i'm getting a little ticked off like seriously i can't be home at the sametime they come by my place to make sure they take it i work, apparently these guys don't.
