Help with Classified

I have been trying to place an ad for two days under merchandise - wanted and I also tryed collectables. I have placed hundreds of ads before and never had a problem placing them. After I click on the link to confirm I get this message:
Classifieds: Confirm ad
Could not find the ad. In most cases, this means that your ad has already been confirmed. Please contact customer service should you have any questions or not notice your ad show up in the classifieds within 12 hours.
