Ignorant to Snoop?

Hey guys, I was just wondering what you all think. Is it ignorant to snoop around a police scene or is it perfectly normal to see what happened? How about taking pictures or recording videos of the scene? I am just wondering because I hear a lot of both sides, so I was questioning what Ebrandon thinks. Don't make this a nasty thread!!
