Why do people sell stained clothes ?

I went to look at baby girl clothes from an add on ebrandon and 75% of them were stained I told the lady politely I'm sorry I won't buy them as I'm not paying for stained clothes. (I had other words for her but didnt say them to her LOL) She basically shoved me out of her house and said I`ve sold them to many people like that before. I just left (thinking in my head YEAH RIGHT you did maybe if the person didnt look threw the clothes like I ALWAYS LOOK at them)I just don`t understand. Do unto others as you would want them to do to you....I don`t want stained clothes so I definately would never sell them.
