New to front page: "On this day"

Those browsing the front page of eBrandon this afternoon will notice a new box in the left-hand column. "On this day" gives you a brief glimpse into the last five years and what discussion topics were on the minds of Brandonites on this exact day over each of those five years. We have had a full-sized "On this day" page for several months, but it had been buried as a sub-menu item under the discussions tab at the top... something that was not doing the 250,000+ archived eBrandon posts justice.
A link to that full-sized On this Day page is also available in the left-hand column for those looking to see an expanded version of what was previously on the minds of local folks.
In the same box under 2009 you will also see it show what the high and low temperatures were a year ago. As I continue to build eBrandon's historical database, you will see this same idea be extended to previous years.
