how to cancel e-mail alerts?

Hey, I set up an email alert for "amp" and I ended up getting 20 emails a day for any ad containing those 3 letters in a row in it. For example: stamp, camper, etc. How do I cancel this email alert?
Also a suggestion for the email alerts: change it so that so that it only sends emails for ads containing the whole word that you entered. Not if the word is part of an entirely different word
