New classified category: Farm/ag properties for sale

A heads up that a new category has been added to the classifieds today... "Farm/Ag properties for sale"
Due to growth in the Homes for Sale section (216 postings since the start of 2010!), it only makes sense to split off agriculture-related properties since they typically are marketed to a very different person than your typical residence.
Cost to place an ad in this category is the same $99 that it costs to place an ad under Homes for Sale. The category is open to everyone including private individuals and real estate agents. There are currently two listings from HomeLife realty with more to come.
