Are you sure you want the 2 quart size? That would be approx. 2 L... that's a pretty big jar! Most canning recipes don't recommend using larger than 1L jars except in very specific circumstances because you don't get sufficient heat penetration.
Pretty much everywhere that sell canning supplies has 1L jars. Canadian Tire, Superstore, WalMart, Home Hardware, Sobey's, etc. I don't think I've ever seen 2L jars anywhere around town, Home Hardware probably has them if anyone does. They tend to have the harder-to-find stuff.
