The issue has now been identified and fix applied.
If you had submitted an ad earlier, you won't have to resubmit. White the glitch was in effect, messages were being added to a "queue" that the system is now catching up on. If you haven't already received confirmation emails associated with ad submissions made earlier today, you should shortly as the system works through and catches up on emails that had been queued up. Apologies for any inconvenienced caused by the delay.
