The Homeless Units are smoke, alcohol, and drug free zones.
Eligibility for Programs: The individual's health condition must be stable enough so as not to require 24 hour monitoring. Must not be a danger to self or others. The on site consumption of alcohol or use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited. Smoking is permitted outside the unit, but 638 Pacific Avenue is designated as a smoke free establishment.
