It seems that there are people trying to scam persons who have classifieds on ebrandon. They are trying to get your PayPal account number.
Their English is poor and they never dicker on the price, a sure sign they are not from Manitoba.

Be careful and meet in person, in a public place and require cash only....They are coming up with some good stories as to why this can't happen.

Manitoba and I rarely dicker on price either. LOL

I do speak good English though, and I wouldn't suggest paying by PayPal
