Very heavily favours the purchaser if any conflict is brought up.
In this case, they will pay you too much via PayPal, and ask you to give the difference, in cash, to the courier, who also takes your item.
After this is done, they will talk PayPal there was an issue and they never received the item. PayPal takes the money back from you, and you are now out your item, and the cash you paid the courier.
Cash is king.
