Romane's Stop Smoking with Hypnosis Seminars. What are your experiences. Does this work? Any tips or insight on this?

I know of 2 people that went to it many years ago. One wanted to quit and it worked the other really didn't want to quit and it didn't work for her.

A different easy try to quit smoking is laser which spouse tried. He didn't want to quit and all it did was make him very mean and now smokes more than he did before. Had friends try laser and it worked for them.

Need a pres:cription for this, but it worked for me and I was a long time smoker. I liked that in the beginning it lets you taper off, rather than going cold turkey right away.

I also knew two people who tried this years ago, they both quit smoking. One started back up again several months after. So I believe it works. They say you usually have to quit multiple times before you finally quit for good. No matter how you quit I guess.

I went many many years ago and I have not touched a cigarette since then. Actually I cannot even stand the smell of them now. You have to want to quit so have your mind made up before you go. I had very few cravings for them after as well.

Years ago I got the lifetime pass. I took a few tries but I finely quit I hope for good. I still go for top ups when I can.
