Friday afternoon after shopping at Sobeys I accidentally hit the button on our key fob that opens the sliding door on our van. Our Jack Russel dog ( a known escape artist) dashed out the door and bolted across the parking lot and on to Richmond Ave. Thankfully a Sobeys employee (who could run nearly as fast as the dog) and numerous other people they were able to corner her so I was able to catch her. It seems funny now but it could have been disastrous for the dog. Thanks very much to Sobeys and all who participated in the capture.
