We have been trying to find someone for over a year who would be able to haul out of Wpg. We were hoping to find someone coming back empty or with room for a mini-van so the price is reasonable. There is an axel leaking oil so we don't think it can be towed but if we know ahead of time we can have it running.

Call any of the flat deck companies. VM transport, Longhorn Transport, Harris Transport, Big freight. The list goes on.

Rent a U-Haul trailer dolly, put the leaking axle on the dolly and get someone to tow it back to Brandon behind a truck.

I believe U-Haul also has flat beds for rent, and if the pickup location is the same as the dropoff (so keep it local in Brandon) then it should cost no more than about $70 including tax and insurance for the equipment. But you will need to find someone comfortable to tow behind a standard truck.  
 
FYI: If you do this, book through the U-Haul website to get the best rate. Otherwise, I have found that some of the local companies (in the past) that are affiliated with U-Haul sometimes try to get you to book alternative equipment often at an inflated price (but that's just my experience from a while back).
