As of Jan 1st, our regular massage clinic will not be billing direct to Blue cross anymore. We like my regular therapist, but don’t want to deal with the hassle. Where in Brandon do they bill direct to blue cross?

I go there and they direct bill!

I don't have an answer as to which clinic will direct bill, but I do know how hard it is to find someone you like so how does your claiming system work? I have had Great West Life benefits for a while and with the mobile app for online claims I literally start the claim while in the office and with direct deposit the money is back in my account 24 to 48 hrs from then so that isn't bad. Would be worth the wait to remain with a good therapist in my opinion.

I am pretty sure that Natural Wellness will direct bill for massages. They do for my chiropractor at least.  
 
However, I agree with the above. If you like your massage therapist, I’d probably just stay there. There’s a few things with blue cross that we pay in advance for and then get reimbursed and it’s always been very quick!
