Does anyone know the average price of a check up / cleaning at the dentist for someone who doesn't have insurance?

really depends on what needs to be done. Prices will vary with how many X-rays are taken, how much buildup needs to be removed from your teeth (scaling). Dental hygiene and oral mouth health is sooo important and should be seen as a priority in my opinion, insurance and benefits are a bonus to have but shouldn’t be the reason someone doesn’t go

All dentists bill based on the manitoba fee guide, there shouldn't be much of a difference in price between offices. They can't give you a proper estimate until they see your mouth. As said above, it differs based on what needs to be done. If you haven't been in a few years, expect more than someone who goes every six months.
