First off I'd like to clarify Legality for everyone below...  
and yes THC, CBD, CBN and viable seeds are all illegal without a prescription and must be obtained from a licensed producer approved by health canada...period!

I thought that CBD oil with 0% THC was OK without a prescription. Isn't that derived from hemp?

On your website you have a link for the ACMPR form and 2 friends followed the link, I believe on your advice. The links bring you to 2 Company options(MMC and NAC). Both of these companies charge $190 for initial card and then yearly for renewals. Could you let me/us know the free way to get legal card?

I received a prescription from a specialist in town to deal with chronic migraines. I personally found, and of course it is different for everyone, that the oil did nothing for me, but the dried plant helped significantly. I use both CBD and THC to varying degrees. It will 100% be trial and error to find the right type/amount/balance for your needs.

For me trying the cannabis THC and CBD. Working well for me. Take 0.5 ml twice daily of the 10:10 oil.

Been on antidepressants for 20 years for depression and anxiety. (Generalized). Has anyone switched from antidepressants to medical marijuana/CBD oil, etcetera

Hemp Oil with CBD is illegal in Canada unless obtained from one of the Health Canada approved producers. Link below...  
The law for schedule II drugs was posted in my last post, I didn't write the law but there it is.  
Also Hempseed oil is Legal (made from seed) with NO CBD or THC we have that at the store.

I'm not sure what the companies are doing lately but NAC National Access Cannabis (who will be a dispensary eventually) was always free unless they decided to charge recently. You can also go to their location in Winnipeg. As for MMC Medical Marijuana Consultants they are only free for certain circumstances Aboriginal, Veteran, First Responder, Palliative Care...  
I have today learned they are only giving small discounts for Low Income, was free before...not happy about the news. But don't worry I'll LOOK into it and provide updated info on our Facebook Page and website.  
There is also another company called Natural Health Services in Winnipeg but you have to go there for your appointment, I heard was free also. There are many legal routes, we have more info. at the store ...if you can put cannabis in it we have it. Now go get your pres:cription what are you waiting for!!!

As posted CBD Cannabidiol Item number 3 is a schedule II drug only legal with a pres:cription no matter what percentage. Item number 4 is CBN which is also schedule II in Canada. Viable seeds are also illegal. Excerpt below, link earlier post to
