So I was stretching my ears up, and have had a pretty significant blowout the back! I have watched some videos and they say to downsize 2 sizes and put the plug in backwards! I have but it isn’t doing anything ! Also I’m soaking it in salt water and rubbing vitamin e oil on it! Can anyone suggest what else I can do, or do different to Help it heal completely!

If I don’t take the plug out, is it ok to Just downsize or does it make a difference if I downsize ? Also so don’t massage it with oil?

Call health links or a tattoo shop (talk to the piercer). The piercer goes through training and will likely give more reputable advice than an online forum (no offence to anyone please). And health links are actual nurses!

My partner got his gauges done at Adam's, by Adam, a long time ago. But I would highly suggest calling or going by and speaking to Adam. He knows about gauges and piercing care.

Just wanted to say that as I started to read this, I rolled my eyes a little because I was entirely sure I was going to read comments like "Maybe try not stretching your earlobes" or "That's what you get for disfiguring...blah blah"

As a health care professional, I can tell you that we don't receive a lot of training in an area like this. Honestly, you may only get a 'see your doctor' answer from Health Links, unless you get a nurse who has piercings or a special interest in them - and your doctor might not have any more of an idea than that either! You might be best to call the shop you had it done at, as mentioned above they probably have more knowledge of what to do.
