They work well. Yes you may not get the earliest result, as you would with first response. However it is better than the blue dye tests that are the other option (clear blue show a lot of false positives with a very apparent evaporation line)..... we all know the waiting process can be long, so if your friend is anything like me , who just has to check even way before the proper time, I go through an outlandish amount of tests, so dollar store has been my go to..... also, if your friend is actively trying, get her to use ovulation Kits ( if she is not already). They work great, and surprise surprise, you can also find them at dollerama!
