How to you manage cope ?

Have a doctor or chiropractor perform the Epley maneuver on you. Or do it to yourself if you are able. (Google explains what it is and how to do it). I've used it successfully a few times.

You need to contact a physiotherapist that is trained in vertigo. I went to dynamic therapy. He does multiple maneuvers to diagnose and treat vertigo. I would defiantly recommend trying that out. Otherwise I believe you can take medication as well. But at this point of my vertigo I’m still suffering.

I am very passionate about this topic because I know how debilitating it can be. I have had vertigo for years and so does my mom. I have been to specialist in Winnipeg that has diagnosed left benign positional vertigo. The most interesting thing about this visit was that he said there is nothing to make it go away except head movements.  
 
I almost lost my job once because I was having “attacks” almost daily for a month or so. There is no warning when it starts or ends.  
 
Because my daily life was being affected I have tried many ways to help relieve or at least lesson the “attacks”. My list i:ncludes epley maneuver, chiropractors, Serc (Betahistine-generic)medication, CT and MRI of the brain done.  
 
I finally found a video online of a doctor in the US that found herself with vertigo. She wanted to find out why this happens and how to make it go away. This video does explain why it happens as well as the treatment.  
I tried this and the vertigo was gone in 2 treatments. Now if I feel dizzy or nauseated I do this treatment and it instantly goes away.  
 
I also found that the normal meds prescribed for vertigo don’t work at all for me.  
So I finally figured out what works FOR MY BODY that 1/2 a gravol takes away the nausea without knocking me out. I can function and be at my job as well. Some days I just get nauseous without being dizzy and if I take the 1/2 gravol it goes away and I feel better.  
My mom also uses the gravol and it works for her as the others don’t. She cannot do this treatment from the video because she has knee pain and cannot do these movements.  
This is what works for me but I know everyone is different but I would definitely try this treatment in this video
