I think there is a form to fill out when a person has knee replacement to recoup some monies .

am also wondering where to find the form for the care giver ,

is there somewhere to pick up the forms in Brandon ?

I'm the care giver for a family member I think there is some sort of assistance .

Despite what some companies advertise, having a knee replacement does not automatically make a person elligible for the Disability Tax Credit, if that is what you are referring to. Here is the link:
