"In the town center. You can walk in and talk to an intake worker about your mental health concerns. They can then set you up with a counsellor, and she/he can get you access to psychological testing, and appts to the psychiatrist who can help with medication. Even DBT therapy, which I highly recommend. These services are all covered by MB health! I did this 4 years ago with a lot of your concerns...Please don’t rely on people trying to sell you products that “might” help. Good luck on your journey.
"Hey, I can't recommend the resources in the town centre highly enough. If you need a referral, then that is where you should get it from, not eBrandon.
Respectfully, while suggestions on physicians etc are valuable to some extent, referrals are inappropriate.
They have been beyond helpful to me and have no shortage of experience in making appropriate referrals and helping you with whatever your needs are.
